I am NOT a fan of stores opening on Thanksgiving Day – I believe this day should be reserved for time with family. Those who work in retail get so very little time off as it is, and now a holiday is being taken from them; I think it’s wrong. And greedy. However, I have no problem with online sales during these days; you can shop without leaving your friends and family, and few, if any, employees need to be available on the other end, and those who absolutely have to be there can most likely do their work from home (think tech support for the website, etc.) and would most likely be doing that work anyway, since we all know websites don’t shut down for holidays.
In the case of digital orders, no one needs to be available. All of this to say, my two Lies That Bind books will be on sale Thursday 11/27 and Friday 11/28!
You can get them at the sale price on Kindle, Nook, and Smashwords!
Happy Thanksgiving, and happy shopping!
