Staying Afloat

I’ve had a lot going on these last couple of weeks, not the least of which is scrambling to get my first round edits done.  This was completed just a few short minutes ago!  I can now insert these edits into the manuscript and pass it on to my Beta readers!

(If anyone is still interested in Beta reading, please email me.)

I’ve also been working on some other blog posts, including the series of posts for my next featured author.  I’m looking forward to sharing these posts with you, when the time and energy to complete them presents itself to me :-D.

I’m dreadfully behind on reading blogs, so my sincerest apologies to probably just about anyone who is reading this, plus about a thousand more.  (Okay, maybe not a thousand; but it does feel like it!)  We have a family vacation coming up, during which I ought to be able to catch up on some reading, both blogs and fellow Indie author reading.

I’m also working on adding a shop to the website, where my books would be available for direct sale, making it possible to sell signed copies.  I’m having fun with this one, and can’t wait to have it finished.

Well, I’m off to work on inputting edits and then running to the store.  Can’t through more than a few days around here without having to go to the store for one thing or another!

Glad you are excited :-). I’m pretty excited myself! As far as vacation… Well, you know how that goes…

It really does feel like missing a little blogging can roll into a bunch of lost posts. Probably best to just dive into where everyone is now. Welcome back and congrats on the edits.

Thanks!! I keep trying to get back, and my “other” life keeps dragging me away! Working on the MS has to take precedence over the blog, so… :-\

I know I won’t be able to completely catch up on everyone’s blogs, but I will certainly read several back, especially on my favorites ;-). (Oh, wait; don’t tell anyone I have favorites…)

      Hope you are well!
