MBTI Follow Up

Yesterday I wrote about the MBTI and asked readers to share their type.

Today I share with you my type.

I am an INFJ.

I find this pretty amusing actually.  If you read through the comments on the original post, there are several other INFJ’s in my little circle of writer friends, though INFJ is the rarest of the 16 MBTI types.

My theory on this is that the personality type INFJ and the career choice WRITER often cross paths.  Apparently INFJ’s make good writers.

I think it’s pretty cool that as the rarest type, I have met quite a few other INFJ’s over the past couple of weeks; some of them have been here, and some away from the Internet; but all of them have been writers!  One is even my youngest brother (no, I didn’t just meet him, but we did both find out we were the same type last week).  This feeling I have toward 90% of the people I meet in real life, is why I enjoy meeting other INFJ’s…

It was fun to hear what some of my fellow bloggers had to say about the test and their personalities.  If you didn’t see yesterday’s post, have you taken the test?

Here’s my final thought about INFJ….

Makes a lot of sense. My part time job is care-giver too. Yay for INFJs!

I’ll have to second your theory. Makes a lot of sense.

I think it makes sense too. There was another meme I saw once, but couldn’t find today, about not being able to get the words out verbally as well as on paper, or something. It was perfect.
