If you’re a coffee lover – and I’m pretty sure most, if not all, of my writer friends fall into this category – then you probably already knew that today is International Coffee Day!
There are quite a few places offering free or discounted coffees today. I don’t really care for regular coffee from “places,” and the coffees I do like are the unhealthy ones, like sugar free caramel latte, or salted caramel white chocolate mocha. I don’t use refined sugar or artificial sweeteners, and I’m allergic to dairy; at home my coffee gets stevia and occasionally coconut creamer. So I’m celebrating with my own coffee and just having a larger quantity than usual. My first coffee this morning was Chocolate Caramel Brownie, and now I’m having a Pumpkin Spice :-). I have a Southern Pecan coffee that I’m saving for later.
